Welcome to Melah Luxe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of jewelry, accessories, and related services from Melah Luxe ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our website you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account & Guest Checkout

Melah Luxe offers guest checkout — no account is required to place an order. Your delivery information is used only to fulfil your order and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Products

4.1 Authenticity

All Melah Luxe pieces are hand-finished in our Kigali atelier. We work in solid 14k and 18k gold and source stones through verified partners.

4.2 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations in colour, finish, or stone characteristics are inherent to handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.

4.3 Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitute.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Prices

Prices are displayed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by IremboPay, Rwanda's licensed payment aggregator. Melah Luxe does not store card details, mobile money PINs, or bank credentials. Order totals are server-verified before any invoice is created.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after IremboPay's webhook confirms successful payment. Browser-side redirects alone are not proof of payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Melah Luxe website — including text, images, product designs, and the Melah Luxe name and logo — is the property of Melah Luxe and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law, Melah Luxe's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, transportation disruptions, or supplier failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
